Karuna HackWknd 2021

• Led the team to achieve 1st Place in Mobile Application Category, developed and pitched an intuitive inventory management system for the event planning industry, allowing management of assets across multiple locations.

• App’s features include functions such as QR code integration and a cart-like selection system for taking and returning items.

• Additionally tasked with pitching, demonstrating, and answering Q&A discussing the ideas and the its application in the preliminary round and the finals.

RHB Get Your Hack On: Data Edition 2022

• Led the team to the top 15 finalist out of 100 participating teams, developed and pitched a dashboard utilizing the provided datasets given by RHB for the purpose of increasing youth’s financial literacy and increase exposure of financial products.

• Dashboard includes multiple display cards to display account information, visualizations depicting user’s spending habits, and recommendations that is based on user’s demographics and habits.

• In charged of presenting and answering Q&A regarding the team’s ideas and findings to the judges in the preliminary round and the finals.

Varsity Hackathon 2022

• Led the team to the 4th place out of 300+ participating teams in an international hackathon, prototyped and pitched a mobile application that connects donors, the needy, and resource centers in a seamless ecosystem as to offer more methods of donations and streamline the donation process.

• Implemented an e-commerce thrift shop as an extension to the platform as to ensure our platform is self-sustainable in the long run, thus able to help the needy in a longer period than other charity implementations could.

• Take the role of the presenter, pitching the idea for the video presentation in the preliminary round and to the judges during the finals.

Asia Pacific Analytics Club(APAC) Event Team

• Plan & organize external club activities, brainstorm for event ideas that are attractive & relevant to analytics.

• Represent the club to present in Asia Pacific University’s Red Week, for the purpose of gaining club exposure and recruit new members to the club.
